In the state capital, you can do a series of activities, ranging from tours to Isla Espíritu Santo, snorkeling and whale shark sighting, strolling through the emblematic Balandra Beach or spotting the Gray Whale in the Pacific, an event almost magical, where you appreciate the recent birth of the marine giant in Mexican waters.
